RYFT’s carbon fiber front splitter for Ferrari 296 GTB owners extends the lower edge of a nose that Ferrari deliberately kept clean. There is no underfloor brake intake on this car, because each teardrop headlight now carries the air feed for the brakes, so the base of the bumper is the one place to add visual weight without cluttering the face. We see the splitter as the anchor of any RYFT 296 build and the piece to fit first, with the side skirts and diffuser following.

Design

Flavio Manzoni’s team at the Ferrari Styling Centre drew the 296 GTB with a spare front end and moved brake cooling into the headlights, which freed the underbody for a wider flat floor and a tea-tray section that Ferrari credits with better cooling and downforce. RYFT says every 296 piece was shaped to follow the factory curvature without strong edges, and the splitter applies that brief right where the bumper meets the air. Against body color it reads as a deeper, darker lip in 1×1 weave carbon.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
