RYFT’s Engine Compartment Cover for Ferrari SF90 owners is the largest of the three RYFT parts for the engine bay, and the one that changes the view of the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 most. When RYFT presented its SF90 build in 2022, a new engine cover was among the headline changes. Ferrari itself offers a carbon engine cover through its Genuine accessories range, so carbon here is a recognised SF90 upgrade, and RYFT’s version is for owners who want the RYFT design instead.

Design

Ferrari kept the SF90 engine cover very low to improve airflow over and under the body and reduce drag, which places the engine compartment close to the eye when the car is open. RYFT builds its cover in carbon fiber with the 1×1 weave it lists for the SF90. It is designed alongside the RYFT engine hatch trim and engine lock cover, so the three can be fitted together for a complete carbon engine bay.
