The Valvetronic Designs Carrera GT exhaust exists for one reason: to get every bit of the 5.7L V10 out into the open. Porsche built 1,270 of these cars around a carbon monocoque and an engine that revs to 8,400 rpm, then muffled it for the street. This T304 stainless system is built to deliver the most exotic, high-pitched, naturally aspirated V10 sound possible without introducing unwanted resonance, drone, or fatigue. Every section is sized deliberately, from dual 3-inch pipes off the factory manifolds to the double X-pipe in the middle, and the whole Carrera GT exhaust weighs less than the system it replaces.

Sized Section by Section

Bigger is not the goal; correct is. The Carrera GT exhaust leaves the factory manifolds as dual 3-inch 76mm pipes, steps into four optimized 63mm intermediate sections, passes through the crossover, then runs four individual 63mm secondary sections before returning to dual 3-inch 76mm outlets at the factory tip locations. Each step is chosen to hold gas speed where it matters and open up where the V10 wants room.

A Bespoke Double X-Pipe at the Center
