The Öhlins Road and Track coilovers for the Nissan Skyline GT-R give the R32 a suspension system that keeps pace with everything else the car is capable of. Dual Flow Valve Technology

The Dual Flow Valve (DFV) is what separates this system from conventional coilovers on the R32 platform. It manages low and high speed compression and rebound damping in matched steps, keeping the tires loaded and in contact with the road surface across a wider range of conditions, including mid-corner bumps and curbing on track. The R32’s AWD platform and multi-link rear suspension reward consistent, planted behavior; the DFV is what delivers it. A turn of the adjuster knob clockwise switches the system from a comfortable street setting to a firmer track tune, changing all four areas of the damper simultaneously without requiring any hardware changes.

Damping, Ride Height, and Construction

Each damper is individually adjustable across 20+ clicker settings, covering the full range from road to track use. The front and rear both use conventional shock absorbers with a spring preload and ride height adjuster, targeting approximately 15mm of reduction from stock at the recommended setup. Front spring rate is 100 N/mm and rear spring rate is 80 N/mm. Aluminum top mounts are included front and rear. Dust covers protect the working components at each corner. Shock bodies are aluminum throughout for reduced weight and improved heat dissipation during sustained use. The system is fully rebuildable, and all dampers are corrosion salt spray tested to ISO 9227 standards.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
