A setup that’s fast in one condition often struggles in the next. The Nitron Elise RacePro 3 coilover kit gives a K-series S2 Elise the adjustment range to keep up. It’s built to Nitron’s full-race specification around a 46mm piston, with independent rebound, low-speed compression and high-speed compression at every corner. In the wet, you can soften the low-speed circuits so the car loads its tires gently and finds grip on a slippery surface. When the track dries, firm them back up for sharper response and tighter body control. High-speed compression is set on its own for curbs and bumps, so it stays put while you work on the rest. Hose-mounted reservoirs front and rear keep the compression adjusters within reach for quick changes between sessions. Mounting brackets are included, and the Nitron S2 Elise RacePro 3 bolts into the factory double wishbone suspension on any K-series car.

Specialized Bi-Axis Hose Fittings

With reservoirs at both ends, the S2 Elise has four hoses that each need a secure route past the wishbones, brake lines and bodywork. On a race car, that route also has to clear ducting and added cooling. Nitron’s exclusive Bi-Axis fittings swivel on two planes where each hose leaves the damper. That lets every hose on the Nitron S2 Elise RacePro 3 point straight toward its reservoir instead of being forced into a tight bend. Installation is cleaner at both ends, the reservoirs can be placed where the adjusters are easiest to reach, and the hoses stay clear through full bump, full droop and full steering lock.

With every millimeter of shaft travel, it pushes a larger volume of oil through the valving, so damping force builds accurately and the damper keeps control in reserve as loads rise. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
