Nissan Z fuel pump upgrade from AMS Performance is the RA405 high-pressure fuel pump kit for the VR30DDTT engine, an all-stainless-steel, E85-compatible HPFP capable of flowing over 405 liters per hour to feed high-power builds. The AMS Nissan Z fuel pump is fully laser-welded so potential leaks are non-existent, comes with a direct-fit hardware kit, and fits the RZ34 Nissan Z along with the Infiniti Q50 and Q60 that share the VR30DDTT engine. Developed in partnership with fuel system industry leader Nostrum High Performance, it is CFD-optimized for fuel flow and rated to a maximum operating pressure of 250 bar.

More power needs more fuel, and the factory high-pressure fuel pump becomes a limit as power climbs. The AMS Nissan Z fuel pump RA405, developed with Nostrum High Performance, uses Computational Fluid Dynamics to map and optimize fuel flow trajectories, delivering a flow rate of 405 LPH with a maximum operating pressure of 250 bar, the higher-capacity option in the AMS VR30 fuel pump line. It is constructed entirely from stainless steel and fully laser-welded to eliminate leak points, and it is E85 and flex-fuel compatible. The pump arrives fully assembled for a quick bolt-on upgrade, uses OEM-type low- and high-pressure fittings and electrical connectors, and includes a mounting flange, electric harness adapter, and a gas line shaping tool for a clean install.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
