J’s Racing’s Semi-Titanium 50RS Exhaust for GD1, GD2 and GD3 Fits is the SUS Exhaust Plus 50RS, which keeps the straight-through layout J’s Racing is known for and blends a SUS304 stainless body with a titanium tail. The 50mm main pipe is sized to favor the mid and upper rev range without giving away low-end pull, and J’s Racing says the added torque sharpens throttle response in town. Every weld is TIG work done by hand. It suits a Fit owner who wants the look of the FX-PRO tip and a crisp stainless note at a lower cost than full titanium; anyone after a quiet cruiser should budget for the optional inner silencer.

Design and Performance

The main pipe uses 1.2mm wall SUS304 and the silencer 1.0mm, joined by flanges thinned as far as J’s Racing would go, all to cut weight for sports driving. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
