The J’s Racing Front Camber Joint for FK8 Honda Civic Type R alignment solves the platform’s front camber limitation at its source. An eccentric-structure ball joint at the bottom of the front knuckle adjusts in 3 stages, adding approximately 2 degrees of negative camber over stock with the factory dampers, and up to roughly 5 degrees in combination with J’s Racing’s damper setup, keeping the front tires’ contact patches flat when the chassis loads up in a corner.

Construction

The joint end body is S45C steel and the ball stud is SCM435 chromoly, materials chosen for the loads a circuit-driven FK8 feeds through the front knuckle. Because the adjustment happens at the knuckle’s lower ball joint rather than a strut slot, the added camber comes without compromising the geometry above it.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
