Does the 6-Pot Rotor Assembly for CL7 kits fit factory brakes?

No. The 6-Pot Rotor Assembly for CL7 Accord Euro R models fits only the six-piston caliper kit from the same manufacturer. The factory calipers and hubs on a stock Accord are not designed to take it, so the caliper kit must already be installed on the car.

Does this part come with a bell housing?

Yes. This version is a rotor supplied already mounted on its own bell housing, which is the difference from the lower-cost replacement rotor. It goes onto the hub as a complete unit, so there is no need to separate an old rotor from its bell before installation.

Each order is one assembly for one side of the car. For a full front axle, order one left and one right. Renewing both sides together keeps the braking even, and the left and right parts are not interchangeable, so select the side carefully in the options.

What color is the bell housing?

The manufacturer has changed the bell housing color over time, and its own listings mention both gold and silver. The finish of the part you receive may therefore not match the photos. Ask Bulletproof Automotive before ordering if a particular color matters for your build.

When should I choose this over the rotor-only part?

Choose the assembly when your bell housings are damaged, worn or corroded, or when you want the car back on the road quickly without bench work. If the existing bells are in good condition, the rotor-only replacement costs less and does the same braking job.

Description

J’s Racing 6-Pot Rotor Assembly for CL7 Honda Accord Euro R

J’s Racing’s 6-Pot Rotor Assembly for CL7 Accord Euro R cars delivers a fresh rotor already mounted on its own bell housing, ready to go straight onto the hub of a car running the Osaka tuner’s front six-piston caliper kit. That kit pairs forged calipers with 324mm by 30mm carbon-blend ventilated rotors, and this is the complete service part for it. Buying the rotor with a new bell skips the bench work of separating and rebuilding the old assembly, and it renews the bell at the same time. It is the right choice when a bell housing is damaged or tired, or when time matters more than cost.

Construction

Each assembly is a single rotor with its bell housing attached, made for one side of the car, so the left and right options are not interchangeable. J’s Racing has changed the color of the bell housing over the life of the product, and its listings mention both gold and silver finishes, so the color of the part you receive may differ from the photos.

About J’s Racing

J’s Racing was established in Osaka in 1989, as VTEC engines and lightweight Civics and Integras were changing what a Honda could do, and it has built parts for Hondas ever since. The company develops engine response, suspension, braking, cooling and aerodynamics together as one system, then proves the parts in time attack, gymkhana, endurance and circuit racing. Its Fit lapped Tsukuba Circuit in 1’00.459, and its naturally aspirated AP1 S2000, the Maou car, became the company’s reference build for the Honda roadster. Every J’s Racing part is designed and tested in Japan, and J’s Racing USA in Carson, California handles distribution in the United States.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
