The JCR Titanium Valved Race Exhaust System for the 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera, Carrera GTS, Sport Classic, Turbo, and Turbo S is a direct replacement for the OEM exhaust designed to enhance sound, reduce weight, and boost performance. This meticulously engineered system retains the factory valve control, allowing drivers to switch between a quiet, drone-free cruise and a more aggressive sound. Crafted from a combination of lightweight titanium for the center section and heat-resistant Inconel 625 for the valve sections, the system significantly reduces weight compared to the stock unit. It is available in multiple configurations, including options with Race Silencers or Silencer Deletes, and can be configured with or without heat-shielding to manage temperatures. The most free-flowing configurations are guaranteed to deliver substantial gains in horsepower and torque, along with improved engine response.

Silencer Version

Race Silencers: The JCR Inconel Race Silencer features a high flow HJS 200-cell race silencer. Flow is therefore greatly increased and improved performance comes as a result. For cars with no OPF monitoring our Race Silencers in most cases will not cause any CEL and do not require any tuning. In certain instances it’s still possible for a CEL to occur. This tends to be if the car has poor fuel quality in the tank or excess load is applied when the engine and exhaust system is not up to full operating temperature. With this in mind, we do not guarantee that there is no chance of a CEL with these parts installed.
Silencer Deletes: With the JCR Inconel Silencer Delete the factory restrictive assembly is removed for maximum performance and sound. Rather than simply removing the Silencer from our Race Silencer products we created a whole new profile to correctly control the gasses from the turbo flange down to the main flow path to optimize performance.

Light Weight

Through the use of light weight materials and clever design we have managed to significantly reduce the overall weight of the factory 992.1 Turbo exhaust components. Removing weight full stop carries great benefits in any performance vehicle however the gains are exaggerated on this platform, reducing the rear biased weight distribution helps to improve overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All of the JCR 992.1 Carrera & Turbo Race Exhaust Systems are direct replacement for their OEM equivalents with guaranteed fit perfectly every time. No requirement for any further work during install beyond removing the OEM part and replacing with its JCR equivalent along with any supplied hardware.

Non-Silenced / Valved Design

The purpose of the JCR Titanium Race products for the 992.1 Carrera and Turbo models is to reduce weight by the maximum amount possible whilst increasing power, torque and improving overall sound. Our Valved version of the center section provides a nice increase in overall sound with the valves open along with a zero drone and quiet sound with the valves closed. A tuned merge, active with both valves open and closed also provides an improved exhaust scavenging effect along with a smoother and more pleasant tone.

OEM Valve Control

Our Titanium Race Exhaust System retains the factory valve switching functionality for a more subtle sound whilst cruising and at lower speeds. Simply replace the factory valve motor actuator onto the JCR valve section and the exhaust will function as per OEM with full control over the valve position via the exhaust button and mode switches.

Heat Management

This version of the JCR Race Exhaust Systems features the highest quality thermal protection. The heat shielding we have selected is used in the very highest levels of Motorsport to control temperatures whilst protecting and dramatically reducing the effects of radiant heat into the surrounding areas.

Power Increase

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve HP & TQ with varying results dependent on the combination of parts. Our most extreme free flowing system will see gains in the mid 40HP range on this platform along with great improvements in engine response along with a big boost in mid range torque.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
