The JCR Titanium Valved Race Exhaust System for the 992 Porsche 911 GT3 / RS / Touring and S/T is a lightweight, performance-enhancing upgrade that replaces the restrictive OEM system. Engineered from 100% titanium, it significantly reduces weight — by over 9kg — which improves the vehicle’s handling balance. The system is designed to optimize exhaust flow, leading to increased horsepower, torque, and a sharper engine response up to the 9000rpm redline. With its valved design, it seamlessly integrates with the factory valve motors to provide a dynamic sound experience, from a refined tone for daily driving to an aggressive, race-inspired sound at full throttle. The exhaust requires specific JCR tips to complete the installation, as the OEM tips are not compatible. A range of JCR exhaust tips is available in various styles and finishes, including Titanium Race Megaphone, Titanium Race Cup, and Inconel Race Rolled.

Light Weight

Due to its 100% titanium construction, JCR’s Titanium Valved Race Exhaust System offers significant weight savings over the factory steel exhaust. While any weight reduction is a benefit, removing mass from behind the rear axle of a 911 can dramatically improve handling balance. This modification provides a major advantage by saving over 9kg of weight from the rear of the car.

The Design

Through extensive testing and development, JCR has perfected several key design aspects of the exhaust system to enhance its tone, pitch, and performance. The system features fabricated bends that transition from a large inner diameter directly off the OPF, reducing to 70mm piping. This achieves the target back pressure to maintain low-end torque while allowing the engine to breathe freely up to the 9000rpm redline. The system then merges into a key collection point that scavenges exhaust gasses and targets unwanted drone frequencies before exiting into a twin 70mm pipe to the factory 991 GT style 3-bolt flange. This design allows customers to use any tip that fits the OEM-style 3-bolt flange. The valved system is a direct fit for the OEM valve motors, retaining all factory valve functions through the cabin-mounted exhaust button.

For anyone who has heard the 2018 GTE 911 RSR in person, it would be difficult to find a better-sounding race car. JCR worked hard to replicate that same glorious tone with their Titanium Race Exhaust System on the non-OPF system and have applied that same knowledge to their latest OPF Titanium Race Exhaust System. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do.
