The JCR Titanium Non-Valved Superlight Race Exhaust Kit for the 997 and 991 Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS, GT3 RS 4.0, GT3 Touring, and R is engineered for drivers seeking maximum performance and versatility. Crafted entirely from ultra-lightweight titanium, the kit is designed to cut weight, improve power delivery, and allow the engine to breathe freely. Supplied with both Silenced and Non-Silenced sections, it gives owners the flexibility to tailor sound and performance to their driving environment — switching to the Silenced setup for a more refined tone without sacrificing character, or fitting the Non-Silenced option for a raw, unfiltered motorsport soundtrack. Regardless of configuration, the system delivers sharper throttle response, reduced back pressure, and a more engaging drive.

Light Weight

Due to its lightweight 100% titanium construction, the JCR Titanium Superlight Silenced Race Exhaust System achieves some of the most significant weight savings of any exhaust offered for this platform. While any reduction in weight is beneficial, removing mass rearward of the 911’s rear axle can greatly enhance handling balance. This system delivers both advantages, removing over 23kg from the rear. The Titanium Superlight Silenced Race Exhaust System is more than 21% lighter than the previous Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System, while the Non-Silenced version is over 23% lighter.

The Design

Through extensive testing and development, JCR has refined the exhaust system’s design to precisely tune and enhance both tone and performance. The 70mm pipework is engineered to achieve targeted back pressure levels, maintaining low-end torque while allowing the engine to breathe freely to its 9000rpm redline in certain cases. The system merges gases at a key point, creating a scavenging effect, reducing unwanted drone frequencies, and routing flow through twin 70mm outlets with a factory-style 3-bolt flange. This allows customers to retain OEM tips or upgrade to any aftermarket tips that utilize the same flange style.

Modular

The JCR Titanium Superlight Race Exhaust System is built with a modular design, enabling quick changes between Silenced and Non-Silenced sections. This flexibility allows the system to be quieted when needed or opened for maximum sound during non-silenced track events.

Performance Increase

Each component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is proven to improve horsepower and torque, with results varying depending on the specific configuration. When paired with OEM headers, the Titanium Superlight Silenced Race Pipe delivered peak gains of 10-15bhp and 10-12ft-lbs of torque in testing, with little to no loss of low-end torque compared to the OEM header-back system.

RSR Sound

For those who have experienced the sound of the 2018 GTE 911 RSR, it is widely regarded as one of the best-sounding race cars in existence. JCR believes the Titanium Superlight Race Exhaust System captures that same thrilling tone — an experience best appreciated in person.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
