The JCR Titanium Non-Valved Race Exhaust System for the 991.2 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (with OPF) and Speedster delivers maximum performance and a raw motorsport experience, available in either Silenced or Non-Silenced configurations to suit individual sound preferences. Crafted entirely from lightweight titanium, this system offers significant weight savings, improved exhaust flow, and enhanced throttle response. Buyers can choose from a range of premium exhaust tip options — including Titanium Megaphone, Titanium Straight, Titanium Superlight Megaphone, Inconel Rolled, and Titanium Silenced Tips — with each available in Raw (titanium), Polished (inconel), or Black Coated finishes, excluding Titanium Silenced Tips. OEM tips are also compatible, provided they feature the required 3-bolt flange design, ensuring a perfect fit and finish for both performance-focused track builds and refined street applications.

Light Weight

• Due to its 100% titanium construction, the JCR Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System delivers exceptional weight savings over the OEM steel exhaust. Reducing weight is always beneficial, but removing mass rearward of the 911’s rear axle provides significant improvements in handling balance. This upgrade offers a dual advantage, saving just over 12 kg from the rear.

The Design

• Through extensive testing and development, JCR has refined multiple aspects of the exhaust system’s design to precisely tune and enhance both the tone and pitch of the Race Exhaust System’s sound and performance. The system incorporates fabricated bends that transition from the large internal diameter directly off the OPF, tapering down to 70mm pipework to achieve optimal back pressure — maintaining low-end torque while allowing unrestricted airflow to the 9000rpm redline. The exhaust flow then merges into a collector designed to create a scavenging effect while targeting and reducing unwanted drone frequencies, before exiting through twin 70mm pipes into the factory 991 GT-style 3-bolt flange. This allows customers to select any tip compatible with the OEM-style flange.

Valve Delete

• The JCR Titanium Non-Silenced and Silenced Race Exhaust Systems remove the factory valve-switching function for a pure, unrestricted driving experience. Since all 992 GT3 / RS models feature electronic valve control, eliminating it without proper measures can lead to poor running and check engine lights. To address this, all JCR Non-Valved Race Exhaust Systems are supplied with electronic valve delete modules, ensuring flawless operation. Once the JCR Valve Delete Kit is installed, the car runs exactly as it would from the factory.

The Silenced Race Exhaust variant integrates bespoke titanium silencers into the standard Race Exhaust design, reducing overall dB levels while retaining its signature character.
