Direct Replacement / Modular Fitment

The JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System is a complete direct replacement for the OEM 718 GT4 RS rear silencer assembly. No fabrication is required — simply remove the factory rear silencer and replace it with the JCR Race Exhaust System using the factory mounting points. The system includes Titanium Megaphone Tips as standard, with additional options available. The tips are secured with motorsport-grade v-band clamps, ensuring perfect alignment every time and allowing for quick changes at the track. This includes the option to install Titanium Silenced Tips, which reduce sound levels by an additional 5-6dB, ensuring that owners using their cars on track will not have issues with excessive noise during strict track events.

Performance Increase

Every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve horsepower and torque, with results varying depending on the specific combination of parts. For the direct replacement rear silencer, peak gains are an impressive 11 horsepower and 5 lb-ft of torque, with improvements across the full RPM range.

Non-Valved, Modular Design

The Non-Valved Race Exhaust System design deletes the factory valve function, offering unrestricted sound across the entire RPM range. The JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System is designed for modular and quick fitment, allowing either Silenced or Non-Silenced sections to be easily swapped. This modularity enables the system to be quieted when needed or fully opened up for non-silenced track events.

JCR Tips

During the development of the 718 GT4 RS exhaust system, it became clear that the factory Titanium Weissach tips could not be retained if maximum power gains were to be achieved, as their restrictive internal diameter limited exhaust flow. This led JCR to develop their own Titanium Tips, inspired by the factory tips on the 718 GT4 RS with the Weissach package. JCR also offers a more conventional Titanium Megaphone design, and both the Titanium Megaphone and Titanium Weissach Tips are available with or without black coatings.

GT3 Style Sound

The sound signature of the JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System has been engineered to closely resemble JCR’s highly popular GT3 product line. The exhaust note is transformed from a flat and dull sound to a rich, high-pitched flat-six tone, with an increased volume upon request. Using the same merge design as JCR’s existing Race Exhaust System products, the 4.0L GT3-derived engine now howls as expected at 9000rpm.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less.
