The JCR Titanium Non-Valved Race Exhaust Kit for the 982 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS and Spyder RS is engineered to maximize performance and deliver a complete exhaust experience. This kit includes both the Silenced and Non-Silenced rear silencers, providing the perfect balance between a refined tone for street driving and an aggressive, unrestricted exhaust note for track use. The system can be further personalized with Titanium Megaphone Tips or Titanium Weissach Tips, available in Polished, Raw (weissach only), or Black Coated finishes. Designed to enhance both the performance and appearance of the 718 Cayman GT4 RS and Spyder RS, this comprehensive kit ensures you enjoy the best of both worlds.

Direct Replacement / Modular Fitment

The JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System is a full direct replacement for the OEM 718 GT4 RS rear silencer assembly. No fabrication is required — simply remove the factory silencer and install the JCR Race Exhaust System using the original mounting points. Titanium Megaphone Tips are included as standard, with additional tip options available. The tips are secured with motorsport-grade v-band clamps, ensuring precise alignment and allowing for fast changes at the track. Titanium Silenced Tips are also available, reducing sound levels by 5-6dB to comply with stricter track noise regulations.

Thanks to its titanium construction and lightweight design, the JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System meets all performance objectives while cutting the OEM system’s weight by over 50%. This upgrade not only boosts performance but also provides a substantial weight reduction.

Performance Increase

All components in the JCR Titanium Exhaust range are engineered to deliver measurable horsepower and torque improvements, with gains varying by configuration. The direct replacement rear silencer alone produces up to 11 horsepower and 5lb-ft of torque, with performance increases felt across the full RPM range.

Non-Valved, Modular Design

The Non-Valved Race Exhaust System eliminates the factory valve system, creating an unrestricted exhaust tone throughout the RPM range. Its modular design allows for quick installation of either Silenced or Non-Silenced sections, making it easy to adapt the system for quieter operation or full open-track performance.

JCR Tips

During development of the 718 GT4 RS exhaust system, JCR determined that the factory Titanium Weissach tips could not be reused without compromising performance, as their narrow internal diameter restricted exhaust flow. To resolve this, JCR engineered their own Titanium Tips inspired by the factory Weissach design, along with a traditional Titanium Megaphone option. Both Titanium Megaphone and Titanium Weissach Tips are available in polished or black-coated finishes.

GT3 Style Sound

The sound profile of the JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System has been tuned to echo the character of JCR’s acclaimed GT3 systems. The exhaust note evolves from a muted tone to a vibrant, high-pitched flat-six wail, with greater volume on demand. Using the same merge collector design as JCR’s other Race Exhaust Systems, the 4.0L GT3-derived engine now delivers a thrilling howl at 9000rpm.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario.
