The JCR Titanium Center Section is a lightweight, non-valved exhaust component for the 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera and Turbo models. It’s designed to replace the OEM center section, delete the factory valve system, and provide maximum flow and sound. It is available in Silenced or Non-Silenced versions and fits cars with either quad or oval tips.

Description

JCR Titanium Center Section for 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera, Carrera GTS, and Carrera S / Sport Classic / Turbo and Turbo S

The JCR Titanium Center Section is a direct replacement for the OEM center section on the 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera GTS, Sport Classic, Turbo, and Turbo S. This non-valved system provides maximum flow and an aggressive sound. It is available in two versions — a Silenced version with high-flow silencers for a nice increase in sound, or a Non-Silenced version for the maximum possible weight savings and sound increase. Both versions delete the factory valve switching function for a more pure driving experience and include a built-in valve delete to ensure the car runs perfectly without any check engine lights. Crafted from lightweight titanium, this component is guaranteed to improve horsepower, torque, and sound while reducing weight. It is available for both Standard Models with Quad Tips and PSE-Equipped Models with Oval Tips.

Silencer Version

Silenced: The purpose of the JCR Titanium Race products for the 992.1 Carrera and Turbo models is to reduce weight by the maximum amount possible while increasing power, torque, and improving overall sound. JCR’s silenced version of the center section provides a nice increase in overall sound compared to the factory exhaust and includes a tuned merge for an improved exhaust scavenging effect and a smoother, more pleasant tone.
Non-Silenced: The purpose of the JCR Titanium Race products for the 992.1 Carrera and Turbo models is to reduce weight by the maximum amount possible while increasing power, torque, and improving overall sound. JCR’s race version of the center section provides a nice increase in overall sound compared to the factory exhaust and includes a tuned merge for an improved exhaust scavenging effect and a smoother, more pleasant tone.

Light Weight

Through the use of lightweight materials and clever design, JCR has managed to significantly reduce the overall weight of the factory 992.1 Turbo exhaust components. While any weight reduction provides great benefits in a performance vehicle, the gains are exaggerated on this platform, as reducing the rear-biased weight distribution helps to improve overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All of JCR’s 992.1 Carrera and Turbo exhaust components are direct replacements for their OEM equivalents, with a guaranteed perfect fit every time. No further work is required during installation beyond removing the OEM part and replacing it with its JCR equivalent and any supplied hardware.

Valve Delete

JCR’s non-valved 992.1 Carrera and Turbo center sections delete the factory valve switching function for a more pure driving experience and maximum flow. The 992 Carrera and Turbo models feature electronic valve control which, if removed without consideration, will cause poor running and check engine lights. With this in mind, all of JCR’s centers include a built-in valve delete, which ensures no concerns for owners. Owners can simply replace the factory valve motor onto the JCR valve delete section, and the car will run perfectly without any concerns of engine lights.

Power Increase

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve horsepower and torque, with varying results dependent on the combination of parts. JCR’s most extreme free-flowing system will see gains in the mid-40 HP range on this platform along with great improvements in engine response and a big boost in mid-range torque.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US.
