JCR’s Inconel Silencer Deletes for the 991.2 Porsche Carrera, Carrera S, GTS, and T (PSE-equipped, non-OPF) are direct-fit replacements for the factory rear silencers, engineered from thin-wall Inconel to cut weight, withstand extreme temperatures, and maximize exhaust flow. The result is a markedly more aggressive, motorsport-inspired soundtrack with sharper response and reduced rear-axle mass for a more agile feel. This product offers two specifications to suit different use cases — a lightweight bare Inconel option for ultimate mass reduction, and a matched Inconel heat-shielded option that helps manage radiant temperatures around the rear bumper area. Both versions mount to OEM locations and integrate seamlessly with the factory system for straightforward installation.

Light Weight

• JCR reduces overall system weight on the 991.2 Carrera platform by using lightweight materials and purposeful engineering. The benefits of weight reduction are significant on this chassis, where shedding mass behind the rear axle improves weight distribution, balance, and handling.

Direct Replacement

Silencer Deletes

• With JCR’s Inconel Silencer Deletes, the restrictive factory rear assembly is removed to maximize performance and sound. Rather than simply omitting the silencer from a 200-cell core product, JCR developed a new internal profile to correctly manage gas flow from the turbo flange to the main path and optimize performance.

Heat Management

• This product integrates motorsport-grade thermal protection as standard. The selected heat shielding is used at the highest levels of competition to control temperatures and dramatically reduce radiant heat, protecting surrounding components.

Power Increase

• According to JCR, components within the JCR Titanium Exhaust line deliver measurable gains in horsepower and torque, with results varying by configuration. The most free-flowing systems can achieve mid 30 horsepower and torque increases on a stock ECU tune, alongside improved engine response, sharper transient behavior, and earlier boost onset in the rev range.
