Will this set fit a 1993 to 1998 Supra 2JZ-GE?

No. Injector Dynamics lists the naturally aspirated 1993 to 1998 Supra 2JZ-GE under a different configuration with a Denso lower cushion. This set is coded for the air-assist 2JZ-GE in Toyota and Lexus models, so confirm which version of the engine you have before ordering.

Is the ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set a good fit for a turbo 2JZ-GE?

Yes, for a turbo build on E85 or high boost. The ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set flows 1728cc per minute per injector across six cylinders, and minimum fuel mass is unchanged from the ID1700. For a lighter build, the ID1050-XDS version of this air-assist set is the smaller option.

Do these injectors plug straight in?

Yes, mechanically, since they are built to the air-assist 2JZ-GE application code. Electrically each injector uses a USCAR connector, so an engine with Denso, EV1 or OBD2 plugs needs an Injector Dynamics plug and play adapter. The Denso adapter is stocked here and sold separately.

Does the 2JZ-GE need a tune with these?

Yes. Six 1728cc per minute injectors deliver far more fuel per pulse than the factory parts, so the engine management must be given the Injector Dynamics flow, offset and short pulse data for the 1750. A turbo conversion needs that calibration anyway, and the injector data goes into it.

What warranty covers the set?

One year from purchase against manufacturer defects, as long as the injectors run correct fuel behind proper filtration. The six injectors are flow matched, so Injector Dynamics handles single replacements, and it offers a cleaning, inspection and flow test service in Arizona for later checks.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set for Toyota and Lexus 2JZ-GE Air-Assist Engines

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set for the Toyota and Lexus 2JZ-GE air-assist engine holds six 1728cc/min injectors on 60mm bodies with blue 11mm tops, made to the 30.02 application code Injector Dynamics gives that version of the engine. Its natural home is a 2JZ-GE converted to turbocharging, running E85 or high boost. For a naturally aspirated 2JZ-GE the flow is far beyond need, and the ID1050-XDS version of the same set is the smaller step.

Configuration

Injector Dynamics treats the air-assist 2JZ-GE as its own application, coded 30.02, separate from the 1993-1998 Supra 2JZ-GE. The 60 is the 60mm body and the 11 is the blue 11mm top, six to a set.

Features

ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set coded for the air-assist 2JZ-GE
60mm bodies with blue 11mm tops, six per set
Rated for ethanol, methanol, MTBE and nitromethane
Higher dynamic flow than the ID1700 without more minimum fuel mass

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset at 43.5 psi: 1169 microseconds at 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 60mm
Top: 11mm (blue)

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with 11mm tops (x6)

Applications

Lexus: 2JZ-GE air-assist
Toyota: 2JZ-GE air-assist

Notes

USCAR connectors are fitted; Denso wiring takes the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter, and EV1 or OBD2 wiring needs the matching Injector Dynamics adapter
For the air-assist 2JZ-GE only; the 1993-1998 Supra 2JZ-GE is listed with a Denso lower cushion configuration
The engine must be recalibrated with the Injector Dynamics characterization data
Also offered as the ID1050-XDS Fuel Injector Set for the 2JZ-GE air-assist

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
