Design and Performance

Be realistic about the numbers: 3.5 wheel horsepower on a 1.5L is modest, and HPS tuned this short ram kit for the top end of the power band, so most of the change arrives near the upper revs rather than in town. HPS Performance is a California manufacturer based in Irwindale, with more than 5,000 parts in metric and standard sizes, from reinforced silicone hoses and stainless steel clamps to aluminum intake tubing and complete air intake kits.
