This utilization of CFRP results in an impressive weight reduction of approximately 65%. Furthermore, to ensure enhanced heat resistance, high heat-resistant prepreg materials with a temperature resistance of 350°C or higher are strategically employed for the chamber pipe located after supercharging, as well as the suction pipe near the turbine. These components are subjected to high temperatures and demand superior heat resistance properties.
  • By adopting an enclosed design, the intake of hot air into the engine compartment is effectively minimized. This innovative approach leads to a remarkable decrease of up to 60% in intake air temperature during WLTC mode, surpassing the exposed HKS Super Power Flow system. This significant reduction in intake air temperature helps optimize engine performance and overall efficiency.
  • Compared to the previous installation of the HKS special piping kit, there has been a substantial reduction in pressure loss by 46%.
