GiroDisc’s 390mm Rear Rotors for 991 Porsche 911 Carrera models with PCCB are a direct replacement iron rotor for the factory carbon ceramic rear disc, needing no modifications. They bolt directly to the car and work with the original rear calipers. GiroDisc’s proprietary cast iron ring, poured in the USA and machined start to finish in-house, floats on a strictly US-sourced 6061-T6 aluminum hat through 12 cadmium-plated drive pins. Paired with the 410mm fronts, they give a PCCB 991.2 Carrera a full iron setup suited to frequent track use.

Bolt-On and Go

The swap is a direct exchange: the PCCB disc comes off, the GiroDisc assembly bolts on, and the factory caliper returns with no machining or spacers. Rotors are left and right handed and labeled for position. Cap screws on the drive pins can look loose by design and are never tightened beyond 60 in-lb, or 7 Nm, so the ring keeps the float it needs.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
