Fabspeed Titanium Supersport X-Pipe Cat-Back Exhaust System for C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Ignite the C8 Corvette Z06’s character with Fabspeed’s Titanium Supersport X-Pipe Cat-Back Exhaust System, engineered for ultra-low weight, crisp response, and a high-pitched wail under throttle. Constructed from precision mandrel-bent titanium, the system incorporates an X-pipe to improve flow and scavenging for sharper acceleration and a race-bred tone. It retains the OEM floating exhaust tips for a factory-finish look and seamless integration. Fitment note: designed only for C8 Z06 models equipped with the OEM center-exit exhaust.

Sound

This all-out race exhaust transforms the Z06’s 5.5 L V8 into a thoroughbred soundtrack. Expect a deeper, more authoritative rumble at idle, while the signature X-pipe unleashes a high-pitched wail that rivals, and may exceed, the character of a Ferrari 458. The system is intentionally loud — early-morning cold starts will be heard — and the aggressive tuning brings some interior drone. For a drone-free solution with adjustable volume, a valvetronic version is in development to deliver the best of both worlds.

Power

Paired with the Sport Cats, testing showed gains of +30whp and +36ft-lbs at 4600 rpm, equivalent to roughly +33hp at the crank. Peak output climbed from 640whp to 666whp, with torque rising from 445ft-lbs to 462ft-lbs. Comparing like-for-like configurations beyond the Sport Cat gains, the system added a further +16whp and +19ft-lbs through the midrange and an additional +7whp at peak. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates.
