Equipped with German-made HJS 200 cell EURO 6 EC certified compliant tri-metallic catalysts, featuring enlarged piping from the engine side to the sport cat, and from the sport cat to the rest of the exhaust system. These represent the largest and highest flowing catalysts available for the 2020+ Corvette C8. The advantage of this lies in their ability to facilitate more exhaust flow, while the increased surface area enhances exhaust gas filtering, ensuring emissions compliance and preventing the triggering of a check engine light. These Sport Cats serve as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory C8 system.

Power

• The sport cats were dyno tested on a Z51 package C8 equipped with the NPP valved exhaust. During the testing, curve gains of up to 20 hp and 22 ft/lbs of torque were observed at the wheels, surpassing the performance of the stock equipment. Both dyno runs were conducted with the valves open on the NPP exhaust.
