Drawing upon 25+ years of Porsche exhaust design experience and employing top-tier manufacturing techniques, Fabspeed began by meticulously crafting the headers. Extensive dyno runs and numerous revisions led to the development of essential “long tube” headers for substantial power gains on the GT3 platform. Moving forward to the catalytic converters and rear section, Fabspeed’s optimization of the headers resulted in the elimination of the factory muffler section, replaced instead with extra-large 200 cell HJS cats and their signature cast 70mm 2.75″ x-pipe. These high-flow racing catalytic converters significantly outperformed stock, yielding only a minimal 1-2 peak whp gain when tested with competition pipes. After extensive testing, their cast X-pipe proved to offer substantial gains in the 3-6k rpm range compared to standard crossover tubes or two separate 90-degree pipes.

The system produces a commanding and aggressive sound, characterized by pronounced pops, gurgles, and a powerful scream at redline. • This represents the pinnacle—a 992 GT3 exhaust system that stands as the most potent option while maintaining emissions compliance. Impressive increases of +37hp and 31whp (whp representing horsepower at the wheels) are achieved, along with a substantial 39ft/lbs of torque at 4250 rpm, resulting in a remarkable 357hp at the crank. Notably, gains of more than 20 whp persist throughout the entire rpm range, extending from 6000 rpm up to redline. Modular Design

• The patented RENNKRAFT system offers effortless interchangeability between catted and competition pipes, facilitated by quick-release V-band clamps. This flexibility allows drivers to seamlessly switch to competition pipes when heading to the track for endurance racing competitions. However, the assurance of maximum power, along with clean and environmentally friendly performance, remains intact thanks to the incorporation of Emitec HJS German European certified homologated racing catalytic converters, ensuring that no additional power potential is left untapped.
