The Fabspeed Performance Package for the 991.1 Porsche 911 GT3 & GT3 RS provides a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque across the RPM range, significantly enhancing both performance and driving experience. Constructed from high-quality 14-16 gauge, CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel, the package includes hand TIG-welded and backpurged components crafted by Fabspeed artisans. CAD-designed and incrementally tested on a Dynojet, the system features sport headers with 200-cell HJS high-flow sport cats, along with high-velocity 3-into-1 pyramidal investment cast merge collectors for optimized exhaust scavenging. The race header system is engineered using Burns Stainless proprietary X-design parametric engine/exhaust design software, ensuring peak performance. Additionally, the side muffler bypass replaces the restrictive factory mufflers, improving exhaust flow and saving 34lbs. Designed for easy installation, the system complies with emissions standards and the factory Porsche warranty while guaranteeing maximum performance with no check engine light.

Notes

• All Fabspeed products are expected to ship within one week of order, though timelines are often much quicker
• To ensure proper header seal, after initial heat cycle, tighten all exhaust bolts to the OEM torque specs
• This upgrade requires you to send in your ECU one time for unlocking and tuning – shipped back with optional handheld tuner for future adjustments
• Please review the tuning guide in the instructions and include the ECU Tuning Information form inside the box when shipping in your ECU. This form is utilized to ensure your needs are met and to consider your modifications for the best possible product.
• While a vehicle equipped with bolt-on upgrades will experience maximum gains as a result of the increased efficiency of the engine, great power gains can be made on a completely stock vehicle
• You must fill out and include a copy of the ECU Information form along with your ECU upon sending it in – please contact us if you need to send the form in any other manner
• You must have access to a PC / Windows computer (Mac OS not supported) to upload new tune files or reset back to stock with your handheld device
• The Handheld device “marries” with your vehicle and can only be used on one vehicle
