Fabspeed presents their long tube competition race headers featuring integral side muffler bypass pipes, tailored for racing, track events, and off-road applications. These headers are strategically engineered to unlock the full bolt-on potential of the Porsche 991.2 GT3 4.0L engine, facilitating increased exhaust flow from the engine cylinders directly into the exhaust system. The system has been meticulously designed, incrementally Dyno developed and fine-tuned to optimize engine power across the entire powerband. Notably, all Fabspeed Motorsport long tube competition race header systems are developed in collaboration with the experienced racing engineers at Burns Stainless LLC.

Burns Stainless Collectors

• The header system concludes with the incorporation of Burns Stainless Collectors, demonstrating adept synergy between high flow and high velocity, resulting in an amplified and extended torque curve for the engine. This decision to integrate Burns Stainless slip-on collectors was made with ease, given their exceptional design and a remarkable track record of 30 years in motorsport competitions worldwide. The system underwent meticulous engineering, benefiting from a proprietary x-design parametric engine/exhaust design computer program that guarantees accuracy and performance optimization. Furthermore, it undergoes a internal hand-finishing process, promoting optimal flow dynamics and maximizing power gains.

Helical Valves

• In crafting the ultimate track solution for the 991 GT3, Fabspeed makes use of Helical Valves, a selection based on their unmatched quality and endorsement by various OEM manufacturers, including Porsche, McLaren, Ferrari, Lamborghini, among others. These valves are synonymous with enhanced reliability, a trait attested by their performance in racing and high-volume OEM applications. They boast high-temperature bearings at both ends of the butterfly spindle, incorporating Inconel T625 stainless steel. Additionally, they feature a valve body made from robust stainless steel, fortified with stiffening ribs for optimal durability and effective cooling.
