Does the Eventuri E9X M3 carbon plenum fit my car?

Yes. The Eventuri E9X M3 carbon plenum fits the E90, E92, and E93 BMW M3 equipped with the 4.0L S65 V8. It is engineered specifically for the S65 and is not compatible with other BMW engines. Confirm your car runs the S65 V8 before ordering.

Does this plenum add horsepower?

No. Eventuri designed this plenum to preserve the S65's factory intake volume and runner geometry rather than chase peak power. It maintains OEM torque delivery and throttle response while sharpening the induction sound. It is a sound and appearance upgrade, not a power modification.

Will it work with my existing intake?

Yes. The plenum is compatible with both the factory intake system and upgraded carbon intake components, so you can run it with your current setup or pair it with an Eventuri intake. It integrates into the engine bay with OEM-level fitment.

What is the plenum made of?

The Eventuri E9X M3 carbon plenum is built entirely from prepreg carbon fiber, including the internal trumpets, with CNC-machined aluminum flanges and integrated CNC-machined temperature sensor and breather bosses. The gloss carbon weave replaces the OEM plastic plenum.

What does the optional BMW emblem option include?

You can add a genuine BMW OE S65 ///M V8 emblem to the plenum. When the emblem option is selected, Eventuri professionally pre-installs it before shipping to ensure precise alignment and a clean OEM-quality finish. Without it, the plenum ships as plain gloss carbon.

Can the plenum be disassembled for refinishing?

No. The plenum base and lid are bonded together as a single permanent assembly and are not designed to be separated. Handle installation carefully, and note the part is not eligible for return once opened.

Description

Eventuri Gloss Carbon Inlet Plenum for E90 / E92 / E93 BMW M3

The Eventuri E9X M3 carbon plenum replaces the S65’s aging OEM plastic unit with a motorsport-grade prepreg carbon fiber assembly built to sharpen induction sound and transform the engine bay of the E90, E92, and E93 BMW M3. Developed specifically for the high-revving 4.0L S65 V8 (S65), the plenum preserves BMW’s factory internal volume and runner geometry, so torque delivery and throttle response stay exactly as the engineers intended while the naturally aspirated V8 gains a sharper, more aggressive intake tone reminiscent of the M3 CSL. Full prepreg construction extends to the internal trumpets, and the carbon layup thickness was tuned during development to land on an ideal resonance profile.

Features

Full prepreg carbon fiber construction, including the internal trumpets
High-gloss carbon weave finish that replaces the OEM plastic plenum
Maintains OEM plenum volume and trumpet geometry for unchanged drivability
Tuned carbon layup thickness for an ideal induction resonance profile

About Eventuri

Eventuri was founded by a team of engineers and enthusiasts with backgrounds in aeronautics and tuning, all sharing a passion for cars and performance. After owning various aftermarket intakes over the years and being disappointed with gains that seldom lived up to their claims, they decided to take things into their own hands and set a new benchmark in intake design and technology. The goal was to engineer systems that provide real, measurable gains and to publish genuine figures to back them up. Their systems are developed using cutting-edge design, testing, and prototyping methods. Each design undergoes CFD analysis and is validated at the prototype stage through volumetric airflow measurement, intake temperature testing, and extensive dynamometer testing. Eventuri publishes all development data to illustrate the full process from concept to finished product. Only the best materials are selected for every component, down to the choice of fasteners, to ensure the quality of the final product is second to none.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
