The MONO6R features a 6–piston aluminum mono–block caliper, an aluminum bridge, and two–piece, two–piece aluminum brake rotors. The complete system weighs only 12.2 lbs and is designed for use on vehicles with a 1.2 or a 1.4 differential. The MONO6R also includes all necessary mounting hardware, brake pads and brake lines. The MONO6R is perfect for those seeking a fast, responsive and lightweight rear brake system for track and street cars. To ensure the same level of rigidity as the “Racing MONO6“, Endless installed a Monobloc Caliper of the same size to the rear. The result is that the rear is now able to demonstrate the same high level of brake force power, as well as allowing the installation of large hole diameter rotors up to 355mm – 390mm. “E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive E–Slit Rotor is marked by the long slit that produces delicate curves and the E slit that exists above it. The dual shadow effect, developed by the long slit attentively etching the pad and the E slit offering extreme braking power, assists in keeping the pad in its most excellent condition. When the long slit on the face of the rotor discontinues to be visible and the letter E is raised above, then it‘s almost time to change the rotor. It is recommended to replace the brake rotor at least once every two years, since aging deterioration such as rust and corrosion can damage the rotor even during the period of use.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• The rotor bell housing of our monoblock series is encased with a resilient protective coating, allowing for ultra–hard alumite to be reliably used for the caliper body. This combination of materials ensures the alumite does not discolor quickly, even when exposed to high temperatures during circuit racing.

Hard Anodized Finish

• The anodizing is the preferred finish for use on tracks. When aluminum from its raw form is exposed to the air, a hard film forms on the surface, hindering oxidation like rust. This process intensifies the protective layer of aluminum oxide and produces an incredibly durable finish that is most suitable for racetrack use. The anodizing creates an even coating that is much more resistant to abrasion compared to paint and powder coat.

E-Slit

• The Endless E–Slit rotor has a curved, narrow slit along with four additional E–Slits. The curvature of the main slit and the extra friction produced by the E–Slits helps to keep the brake pad in exceptional condition. The rotor is made from a unique carbon blend, an original Endless technology. This material has better stability in frictional properties and is temperature–resistant, giving the pads 100% performance potential. The slits are contoured for optimum shaving.

Special Heat Treatment Process

About Bedding

• In order for a pad specifically constructed to handle elevated temperatures to work best, a practice known as “bedding“ is necessary. To initiate this practice the pad needs to be warmed up before enduring any sever use, thus permitting the pad to obtain its ideal state of functionality.
• Those taking part in the most competitive grades of automobile racing, such as SUPER GT, WRC, and many tournaments in Europe, need the top–notch quality mattresses.
• It is essential to properly condition semi–metallic brake pads prior to usage in order to preserve efficient performance at high temperatures and expand the service life of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a vehicle with a fresh install of the product, ensure that the rotor temperature is increased to a level between 400–500°C, making sure not to apply too much pressure on the brake. Following that, add Atari, and when the temperature drops to 100°C or lower, the process is concluded.
