Endless Brake Pads for D2 Audi S8
Brake Pads for D2 S8 owners keeping a modern classic sharp, in Endless compounds from quiet road wear to racing materials for both ends.
Endless’s Brake Pads for D2 Audi S8 suit the aluminum-bodied 4.2-liter V8 sedan that Audi sold in the US from 2001 to 2003, and Endless lists the same shapes for the S8 from 1999. At the front sits EIP000, the shape Endless also lists for the Porsche 964 and 993, with the compact EIP025 at the rear, a shape shared with period A3, A4, Golf and Passat models. For a D2 S8 kept as a fast road car, MX72 is the compound we would fit; SSM Plus suits one that mostly cruises.
A D2 S8 is a large, fast sedan, and the right compound depends on whether it tours or gets driven hard. SSM Plus suits one used for long, relaxed drives, while MX72 adds the cold bite and pedal feel that make the S8 feel lighter on a fast road. MX72 Plus and CC-Rg suit an S8 taken to a track day, and the racing compounds, MA45B included, are there for the rare car built for competition. W007 and W008 are left off because Endless designs both for carbon ceramic rotors, and the D2 S8 runs iron rotors.
Every figure below is Endless’s own. Friction is the compound’s average friction coefficient, so a higher number gives more bite for the same pedal pressure. The rotor range is the band of rotor temperatures Endless designs the compound to work in, so choose by the temperatures your car will see.

Each option below is one choice in the Choose Compound menu. For a group, name your compound in the order notes and Bulletproof Automotive confirms it with your order. Every racing compound needs Endless’s bedding procedure: at 70 to 80 percent of normal pedal effort, bring the rotors gradually to 400C (752F), then let them cool below 150C (302F) before hard use.

Endless is a Japanese brake manufacturer that designs everything in-house and manufactures domestically in Japan, holding surface accuracy to 1/1000mm under strict quality control. The company developed its own laminated sintered wire-mesh backing plate and ceramic carbon rotors, and it proves its parts in competition, running its own factory motorsport program and supplying winning teams across Japanese and European racing. From pads and slit rotors to forged and monobloc calipers, brake fluid, and lines, Endless builds braking systems trusted on both street and circuit.
