CSF High-Performance Transaxle Cooler Kit for Ford GT

CSF developed this 3-piece cooling package after Boden Autohaus added a Ford GT to their collection and found that the factory radiator, heat exchanger, and transaxle cooler had been discontinued by Ford and were nearly impossible to source on the used market. Working with Boden Autohaus and Throtl, CSF debuted the kit on both shops’ Ford GT SEMA 2025 builds before public release.

CSF vs OEM

The CSF Transaxle Cooler Kit for the Ford GT addresses one of the car’s most well-known thermal management issues with a purpose-built solution that no longer requires a custom setup or universal core workaround. With the original Ford Motorsport dealer-optional transaxle cooler discontinued, CSF engineered a complete bolt-on kit around a custom-built bar and plate core that offers 90 percent more core volume and is nearly double the thickness of the Ford Motorsport unit. The increased line inner diameter improves flow and maximizes efficiency, while CSF’s Aero-Flow Bar Design delivers the best possible heat dissipation without adding unnecessary weight. Laser-cut mounting brackets bolt directly into the factory location with no drilling or cutting required, and both tanks come pre-plugged with 1/8 NPT ports for temperature sensors or use as bleeder ports. Motorsports-grade lines with patented DYME PSI quick-release fittings and a satin black finish round out a kit built to handle the heat the Ford GT generates without compromise.

CSF partnered with DYME PSI for the lines and fittings, bringing race-proven quick-release technology to the kit. The DYME Pro/Spec Quick Release Fittings are tool-free with a clamshell removal design and rated to withstand up to 10,000 PSI, making installation faster than traditional threaded fittings and turning routine maintenance like fluid changes into a straightforward job. The hoses are CPE-lined stainless steel braided rubber, built for maximum flexibility, flow, and chemical resistance, and capable of handling the most demanding motorsports conditions without issue.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates.
