The GTC4Lusso T is the one exception and is not covered.

CSF’s High-Performance Aluminum Radiator for Ferrari F12, 812, FF, GTC4Lusso and Monza is the first serious alternative to a factory part that costs well over $1,200 and ages on a timer. Ferrari crimps an aluminum core onto plastic end tanks, and on a V12 grand tourer now ten to fifteen years old that bond is living on borrowed time. The annual fouling inspection makes it worse rather than better, because the plastic inlet and outlet necks flake onto the hoses every time they come away, seeding the cooling system with debris that eventually finds the water pump. CSF developed this radiator with Hollywood Mechanic and welded the whole of it in aluminum: a 2-row 42mm core, 28% larger than the FF and GTC4Lusso original and 14% larger than the F12, 812 and Monza unit, running 87 cooling tubes and 88 fin rows with CSF’s exclusive B-Tube profile behind a 5mm multi-louvered fin. Heat transfer climbs by up to 25%. These are cars built to cross a continent quickly, and this is a radiator that will still be doing its job when the next owner takes delivery.

Design and Engineering

CSF set out with four priorities: OEM fit and finish, more cooling capacity, better reliability and easier servicing. The 2-row 42mm core is the headline, adding a cooling tube and a fin row over the factory count and lifting coolant volume as well as surface area. B-Tube technology does most of the rest; the seam-brazed B-section tube divides flow into two laminar paths inside a single tube, adding internal surface area without adding thickness, and it moves roughly 15% more heat than a conventional oval welded tube. Combined with the 5mm multi-louvered fin CSF introduced at the end of 2023, the Radiator for Ferrari F12 and its sibling grand tourers gain up to 25% in total heat transfer.

Construction

The original radiators on these cars use an aluminum core crimped to plastic tanks over a gasket. It is acceptable engineering when new and a liability at fifteen years. The plastic in the tanks and hose fittings breaks down, and the bond to the core typically starts failing somewhere around the ten to twelve year mark. Ferrari asks for a fouling check every year and a coolant flush every four, and both are important to the health of the system, yet both accelerate the decay of the part they are meant to protect. The CSF Radiator for Ferrari F12, 812, FF, GTC4Lusso and Monza is TIG-welded 100% aluminum from tank to fitting, so servicing it does not shorten its life.

Bolt-On and Go

Everything lines up. CNC-machined mounting brackets and OE-style double-barbed inlet and outlet connections put the Radiator for Ferrari F12 exactly where the factory unit sat, and the standard ducting, shrouds and mounting hardware bolt straight back to it. The engine oil cooler on the left-hand side and the A/C condenser at the front both return to their original positions. The satin black finish reads as original equipment once the bumper is on.
