Designed for the 992 Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 RS, Capristo’s Valved Muffler with Sport Headers and Carbon Tips blends meaningful performance gains with OE-grade integration. The system pairs high-flow 250-cell sport-cat headers with a T309 stainless valved muffler to deliver up to +27 hp while shedding 11.5lbs, sharpening throttle response and enriching the soundtrack without introducing drone. Factory valve actuators are retained for seamless, mode-based sound control, and the carbon outer shell with anodized inner tips adds a purposeful motorsport finish. Built from premium T309 stainless steel and engineered for precise fitment, it’s a durable, heat-resistant upgrade that elevates both tone and pace.

Valve System

• The system uses vacuum-actuated valve flaps that adjust with driving conditions and driver input: at lower engine speeds or steady cruising the valves stay closed for a deeper, more restrained tone, while at wide-open throttle they open fully to unleash the engine’s full soundtrack. For the 992 application, Capristo’s electronically controlled valves integrate the OEM actuators to maintain factory operation via Sport Control, providing precise sound management to suit driver preference—without additional electronics, modules, or remotes.

Engineering

• Capristo Exhaust systems stand as a testament to engineering prowess, fusing innovative techniques such as 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital modeling, and CNC precision in their respected German facility. Each component is delicately shaped from the premium T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, and then attentively hand-polished, giving it a lustrous finish.
