The renowned Capristo Valved Exhaust System provides a dual auditory experience: it can emit a powerful exhaust tone during acceleration while maintaining a quieter sound for city driving.

This unique characteristic is achieved through the use of vacuum-actuated valve flaps that adjust based on driving conditions and driver input. When the engine operates at lower speeds or is cruising, the valves remain closed, resonating a richer exhaust tone. However, when fully accelerating, these valves open, unveiling the engine’s entire acoustic range.

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust Valves Remain Open
• The Cruise and Sport modes on the car can be individually tailored to allow specific backpressure margins, determining when the exhaust valves will be triggered. This offers meticulous control over the exhaust based on personal preferences and resilience of the driver.
