The exhaust system is forged from T309 1.4828 stainless steel. The renowned Capristo Valved Exhaust System distinguishes itself by offering a contrasting auditory experience: a robust sound during acceleration and a subdued tone during city drives. This unique trait is facilitated by vacuum-actuated valve flaps that respond to both the vehicle’s movements and the driver’s input. At lower engine speeds or when cruising, these valves stay shut, producing a deeper exhaust ambiance. Yet, when the throttle is fully engaged, they open up to showcase the engine’s complete sonic range.

Every Capristo Exhaust system is intricately designed and fabricated, utilizing advanced technologies like 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling in their German establishment. The systems are made of superior T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and are refined with a meticulous hand-polished finish. Following intensive research, this specific metal was chosen for its acoustic resonance, lightness, and durability, closely resembling the properties of Inconel used in F1 racing.

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust Valves Remain Open
• The Cruise and Sport modes on the car can be individually tailored to allow specific backpressure margins, determining when the exhaust valves will be triggered. This offers meticulous control over the exhaust based on personal preferences and resilience of the driver.
