BRIDE hand measures the frames of each individual car to create a master rail for their super seat rails, ensuring the utmost precision. This master rail is then used to create mass production tools and techniques for the production of the seat rails, providing a high strength and accuracy.

A computer can be used to design rails, but rather than making use of the numerical estimations that come with the program, they create each piece with exactness and precision by taking the measurements manually. This way, the amount of gaps in the bolt holes can be minimized and the seat frame fits well to the seat rail, as well as the seat to the seat rail. Reclining seat has 9 models and full bucket seat has 10 models, with the seating position customized for more than 800 car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE utilizes components from Faurecia (based in France), a renowned global manufacturer of mechanical elements, exclusively for the BRIDE super seat rail slider components, which are critical
• The sliders have upper rails that are 2.0mm in thickness and lower rails that are 2.3mm in thickness. They are designed to be locked on both the left and right sides, providing a secure fit without rattling. These sliders boast an impressive strength and durability, with a 10mm pitch and a slide amount of 220mm.
