A computer can be employed in the designing of rails, however, instead of assigning measurements to the design, measurements are taken manually in order to precisely create each element such as bolt hole size, thus eliminating unnecessary space between parts and optimizing the seat to frame and seat to rail fit. Nine models are made for reclining seats and ten models are made for full bucket seats, ensuring the best seat position for over 800 car models.

Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
