BRIDE utilizes precise measurements from real–life vehicles to craft its super seat rails, which provide high strength and precision. For this purpose, the frames of full–scale cars, which vary in shape, are measured by hand and a master rail is produced. Subsequently, mass production tools are made and mass production techniques are adopted.

A computer can be used to design rails, however, it is more precise to take the measurements by hand and adjust each part in fine detail. This eliminates any extra gaps between bolt holes, etc., leading to a better fit of frame to seat rail, and seat to seat rail. Nine models of reclining seats and ten models of full bucket seats have been created for different applications, and these are suitable for over 800 car models for the best seat position.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE has selected Faurecia (France), one of the world‘s leading mechanical parts manufacturers, to develop and supply them with the sliders, a critical element of the BRIDE super seat rail
• The sliders, which have upper rails measuring 2.0mm in thickness and lower rails measuring 2.3mm in thickness, are equipped with locks on both the left and right sides, providing a secure and sturdy fit without rattling. With a 10 mm pitch and a slide amount of 220 mm, these sliders boast exceptional strength and durability.

ASEA-Approved High Quality & Peace of Mind

• The product known as the Super Seat Rail has been granted approval by ASEA, the premier motorsports industry organization in Japan, after satisfying their strict standards. ASEA is a collective of motorsports companies and tuning parts manufacturers and retailers.

• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
