Boost Logic’s Heat Management Package for LB724 Lamborghini Huracán and 4S Audi R8 is a set of up pipe, turbo and wastegate blankets plus intercooler thermal barriers, made to fit the Boost Logic V10 twin turbo kit on the non-Performante Huracán and the 2017 and later R8. The blankets keep exhaust heat inside the hot side, where Boost Logic says it improves turbo efficiency and response, and away from the intake path and nearby lines in an engine bay that runs hot with two turbos behind the cabin. Owners with the Performante-family kit need the separate Performante package.

Construction

The blankets have an outer layer of pulverized volcanic lava rock woven into fabric, insulated with calcium magnesium silicate wool and finished with a stainless steel mesh overlay. The wastegate blankets limit heat soak from the wastegate body into the actuator, which Boost Logic says eases diaphragm stress and steadies valve operation under heavy load. The intercooler thermal barriers are self-adhesive glass fiber panels faced with 0.1 mm imprinted aluminum foil that reflect heat from below the intercoolers.
