The BBI StreetCup harness bar, characterized by its two-piece design and high-strength seamless tubing, offers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. This design is intelligently structured to mount to the frame using factory bolts, ensuring the strongest mounting points and optimal protection. The bar incorporates “X” braces in both front and rear sections for enhanced strength and rigidity. Each joint is expertly TIG welded by hand. The bolt-in installation process uses Inner Diameter Tube Clamps, CNC turned and milled for precise fitting, thereby eliminating traditional slip fit tubes with unsightly through-bolts and nuts.

The design is intended for bolt-in installation, but given the detailed nature of the process, professional installation is highly recommended to ensure maximum safety and precise fitment.
