The manufacturing process of the CFRP airfoils involves pre-pregnated composite techniques, such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, utilizing high-quality aluminum billet molds for superior quality.
• The stainless–steel fasteners that come with the product make it simple to change the alignment of the side plates.
• The 10mm airfoils are held in place with pedestals made of 6061 “aircraft grade“ billet aluminum and covered with a flat black powder coating.
