The GT-1000 swan neck universal wing from APR Performance is a 71in (1803mm) dual element airfoil hung from swan neck pedestals, built for chassis mounted track and time attack cars. APR pairs a 10in (254mm) main foil with a 4in (102mm) upper element, shapes the 2D profile in CFD, and lays each foil up from woven pre-preg carbon cured in an autoclave in billet aluminum molds. With a 9 to 1 downforce-to-drag ratio, it is one of the highest downforce wings APR makes.

Why Swan Neck

On a conventional wing the pedestals attach to the underside of the airfoil, which is the side that does most of the work. A Swan Neck Universal Adjustable Wing hangs the airfoil from its top surface instead and leaves the underside clean.

Dual Element Design

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
