Akrapovič has crafted this product from high-grade, lightweight titanium, achieving a 45% weight reduction (14.5kg) compared to the stock sport exhaust. This exhaust system includes a central muffler with valves on both sides — featuring valve housings cast in-house by Akrapovič — to control gas flow before it exits through two pairs of stylish, handmade double round carbon-fiber tailpipes with integrated acoustic reflectors, enhancing the sound experience within the passenger cabin. At cruising speed, the exhaust emits a refined, comfortable sound with a pleasant V8 undertone, which becomes sportier when driving more dynamically and by using the car’s mode selectors. Tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid with a stock sport exhaust, this system achieved a power gain of 4.0kW (5.4hp) at 2100rpm and a torque increase of 18.6Nm at 2050rpm. Installation is straightforward with plug-and-play functionality, requiring no ECU remapping. Additionally, an optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available to enhance the aural experience at lower revs and further enrich the sound as the revs increase.
