The Mercedes-Benz G 500’s Evolution Line (Titanium) was designed with a focus on durability and performance, constructed from high-grade, resilient, lightweight titanium, resulting in a system that’s 45% lighter than the standard model. Its finish features specially crafted tailpipes from the Akrapovič foundry, situated on both sides of the vehicle, enhancing the car’s strong appearance and meticulously configured to fit within a confined space. This system, equipped with a set of exhaust valves located behind the rear mufflers for precise control over the exhaust sounds, emits a one-of-a-kind sound that is noticeably deeper and more spirited, particularly during acceleration and gear changes. Through this system, power and torque are amplified across the entire rpm range.

Akrapovič Evolution Line

• Evolution exhaust systems are commonly constructed on the foundation of the Slip-On system, enhanced with extra link pipes. The Evolution Line contributes to an increase in power and torque, a distinctive resonating sound, and reductions in weight. These exhaust systems are typically offered with a selection of finely crafted tailpipes, available in materials such as carbon fiber or titanium.
