The ADRO 992 GT3 ARD AT-P Swan Neck Wing is the rear half of ADRO Racing Division’s AOX programme, and it exists to balance the front load the ARD front splitter and race canards generate. It was solved with the same adjoint CFD methodology as the front, but against a different objective: maximum downforce-to-drag efficiency at the highest wing setting. The result produces significantly more downforce than a conventionally designed wing at the same physical angle of attack, because the profile itself was mathematically solved for the exact onset flow rather than picked from a catalogue. It fits both the 992.1 and 992.2 GT3 (all trims).

Solved, Not Selected

Most aftermarket wings take a known aerofoil section and scale it to the car. ADRO’s AOX software instead treats the profile itself as the unknown: it is given the downforce and drag targets, the onset flow the GT3 actually delivers to the rear deck, and the limits the geometry may move within, then runs repeated CFD and adjoint solver loops until the shape converges. Because the section is tuned to the air the car really presents rather than to clean freestream, the same physical angle yields more load than a generic profile at that angle.

Swan Neck Mounting and Dual Element

The wing hangs from swan neck uprights rather than sitting on conventional pedestals, which keeps the underside of the mainplane clean. That matters because the low-pressure surface is where a wing does its work, and struts intruding into it disturb exactly the flow you are trying to preserve. The dual-element arrangement adds a second, smaller element behind the mainplane, allowing more total camber without the flow separating the way a single element of the same aggression would.
