J’s Racing Rear Compensator Arm for EF8 Honda CR-X
Rear Compensator Arm for EF8 CR-X setups that need precise rear toe, built with a turnbuckle body and a pillow ball joint.
J’s Racing’s Rear Compensator Arm for EF8 CR-X chassis takes the link that holds rear toe and makes it finely adjustable. The Osaka company converts the bushing end to a pillow ball and builds a turnbuckle into the arm body, so toe can be set precisely during an alignment and changed again to suit a different circuit. J’s Racing says the pillow ball also cures judder and cuts unwanted alignment change when the suspension is loaded. It is aimed at B16A CR-X owners who already chase their setup on track; a stock street car will rarely need toe adjustment this fine.
J’s Racing was established in Osaka in 1989, as VTEC engines and lightweight Civics and Integras were changing what a Honda could do, and it has built parts for Hondas ever since. The company develops engine response, suspension, braking, cooling and aerodynamics together as one system, then proves the parts in time attack, gymkhana, endurance and circuit racing. Its Fit lapped Tsukuba Circuit in 1’00.459, and its naturally aspirated AP1 S2000, the Maou car, became the company’s reference build for the Honda roadster. Every J’s Racing part is designed and tested in Japan, and J’s Racing USA in Carson, California handles distribution in the United States.
