GrimmSpeed’s Front Mount Intercooler Kit for GV / GR Subaru STI pairs a 27 x 11 x 4 in cross flow bar-and-plate core with 2.5 in, 0.090 in wall 6061 aluminum piping for the 2008-2014 2.5L EJ257, sedan or hatch. Steel bolt-on brackets hold the core firmly through hard track driving, and GrimmSpeed engineers and welders in Minneapolis build and test each unit. Expect light bumper trimming, and fog light removal on the earlier bumper; in exchange the chassis stays uncut and the reservoirs stay where they are. It is the logical next step for a modified STI that sees lapping days or sustained high boost, and overkill for a stock car driven gently.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
