GiroDisc’s RS6 and RS7 Front Rotors are a direct replacement for the front discs on the C7 Audi RS6 and RS7 with factory iron brakes. Each 390mm by 36mm assembly weighs 28.3 lb by GiroDisc’s figure and uses a ring with 72 curved vanes, cast from GiroDisc’s high-carbon iron and floated on a black-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum hat. Hats, rings and drive pins are all made in Bellingham, Washington. For an RS6 Avant or RS7 that does real work on fast roads, this is how to add durability without changing calipers.

Design and Performance

The fully floating design sheds unsprung weight and rotating mass from the front axle, and the curved vanes act as a centrifugal pump that pulls air in at the hub. Spring clips and spring washers give race-ready float while keeping the car quiet on the street. When the rings wear to 34mm, D1-123 rings bolt onto the same hats.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
