GiroDisc’s Front Replacement Rings for B5 Audi S4 and C5 A6 and allroad cars renew the A1-309 rotors built for the Brembo 18Z six-piston caliper swap. The pair comes with new mounting hardware and bolts to the aluminum hats already on the car, so the upright clearancing and the rest of the installation never need repeating. For a 2.7T that is driven hard, these rings are the long-term running cost of the setup.

Fitment and Installation

The rings fit GiroDisc A1-309 hats only; they are not designed for factory two-piece hats or other brands. Take the rotors off, unbolt the old rings, fit the new pair on their marked sides with the supplied hardware, and torque the cap screws to no more than 60 in-lb.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
