Which parts make up the Stage 2 Power Package Silver?

The Stage 2 Power Package Silver contains three COBB items. They are the Accessport V3 for the Ranger Raptor and Bronco Raptor, part AP3-FOR-014, the silver COBB Front Mount Intercooler for the factory location, part 7R1550-SL, and the COBB Vehicle Badge, part 800200. There is no intake in the box.

Can this package be used on a truck registered in California?

No. COBB lists the package as not legal for sale or use in California on any emission controlled motor vehicle. COBB reports that California Air Resources Board testing is pending and says the listing will change to 50-state legal once an Executive Order number has been issued.

Which engine and transmission does this fit?

COBB confirms the package for the 2022 to 2026 Ford Bronco Raptor and the 2024 to 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor, both with the 3.0L EcoBoost engine. Every listed application uses the automatic transmission and is a US market truck, so other Bronco and Ranger models are excluded.

Does the Accessport change how the transmission shifts?

Yes. The included Accessport flashes the transmission control module as well as the engine computer. Three Off The Shelf transmission files are provided, named Simulated Stock, OEM+ and Sport, and they alter shift points, shift firmness, skip shift behavior and torque limits to suit how the truck is driven.

Why does this package have no intake?

COBB offers this Stage 2 version without an intake, so it carries only the Accessport, the intercooler and the badge. It suits owners who already run an aftermarket intake or who want to keep the factory air box in place.

Description

COBB Tuning Stage 2 Power Package Silver (No Intake) for Ford Bronco Raptor and Ranger Raptor

COBB Tuning’s Stage 2 Power Package Silver (No Intake) is the intercooler-first build for automatic Bronco Raptor and Ranger Raptor trucks, with the front mount intercooler finished in silver. Its centerpiece is a billet aluminum, TIG welded intercooler assembly that COBB rates at 23 percent better cooling efficiency than the factory part, and the Accessport V3 alongside it rewrites both engine and transmission calibrations. The intake is deliberately absent, which makes sense for a truck already wearing an aftermarket intake. For California trucks it is the wrong choice today, since COBB still lists CARB testing as pending.

Construction

The intercooler is a direct replacement for the Ford unit and was developed in house at COBB. Computational fluid dynamics guided the end tank shape so flow spreads evenly across the core, and the outlet is chamfered to ease the hand-off into the throttle body tube. Core volume grows by 53 percent, yet the assembly still tucks against the OEM shutter shroud with no trimming. The Stage 2 Power Package Silver is built around that hardware.

Features

TCM-capable Accessport V3 for the 3.0L EcoBoost Raptor trucks
Engine maps Stage0, Stage1, Stage2 and Performance Tow, each in 91 and 93 octane

Silver finish front mount intercooler in the factory location

Air still funnels through the ambient side fins, as with the factory part

About COBB Tuning

COBB Tuning was founded by Trey Cobb in 1999 in Rockwall, Texas, as a Subaru performance shop in the back of his father’s tire shop, and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas. In 2004 COBB introduced the Accessport, a handheld ECU tuning device that flashes COBB’s off-the-shelf maps or a custom tune and doubles as a real-time gauge and datalogger. The range has since grown from Subaru to Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Toyota platforms, with intakes, intercoolers, exhausts and flex fuel kits engineered alongside the tuning, and many COBB parts carry California Air Resources Board Executive Order numbers for use in all 50 states.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
