Who should choose the OEM Line 12-Injector Fuel System?

It suits an R35 on the AMS or Boost Logic 12-injector manifold with a target under about 1,400 wheel horsepower on ethanol. The T1 OEM Line 12-Injector Fuel System keeps the factory feed and return lines, which saves considerable installation time compared with running new lines under the car.

What is the difference between the OEM line and full length kits?

The OEM line kit reuses the factory lines between the tank and the engine bay and filters through an Injector Dynamics F750. The full length kit replaces those lines with -08AN feed and return lines and uses the Injector Dynamics F1250 filter. Both use GT1R rails and a Fore regulator.

Can fuel pressure be monitored with this kit?

Yes, with an optional sensor from T1 Race Development. The Injector Dynamics PTS installs on the outlet of the F750 filter and reports pressure and temperature, while the GT1R fuel pressure sensor kit installs on the regulator. Neither is included in the base kit, so add one if the ECU will log fuel pressure.

Does the kit include the fuel pump wiring?

Yes. The GT1R BPC wire harness connects the Injector Dynamics FPS1100 controller and pump. T1 Race Development publishes separate instructions for the BPC100 controller and the in-tank parts, and the hanger arrives partially assembled, with two plugs for the filter housing that are fitted according to the pump position.

Does the kit work with the factory intake manifold?

No. The rails and crossover plumbing are laid out for the AMS or Boost Logic 12-injector manifold, which places a second bank of injectors in the upper manifold. A GT-R keeping the factory manifold and six injectors should use one of the T1 6-injector fuel systems instead.

Description

T1 Race Development GT1R OEM Line 12-Injector Fuel System for R35 Nissan GT-R

T1 Race Development’s GT1R OEM Line 12-Injector Fuel System for R35 Nissan GT-R covers the tank and the engine bay of a car on a 12-injector intake manifold while leaving the factory feed and return lines under the chassis untouched. That saves a great deal of installation time, and T1 recommends this version for builds under 1,400 wheel horsepower on ethanol, where the factory lines still keep up.

Design and Performance

EFI adapters join the factory lines to the GT1R E5LM hanger at the tank. Under the hood, the Injector Dynamics F750 filter is fed straight from the factory feed line, and its outlet runs through the center valley to the rear of the secondary rail, now the first rail in the system. The Fore F2i regulator mounts to the firewall on the factory rubber grommets, and the ethanol content sensor threads into the back of the bank 1 primary rail.

Features

Mates to the factory main feed and return lines at both ends
Injector Dynamics FPS1100 brushless pump in a GT1R E5LM hanger
Injector Dynamics F750 filter meeting the Bosch OE injector filtration specification
GT1R Gen 2 ECA ethanol content kit

About T1 Race Development

T1 Race Development was founded in Texas in 2005 by Tony Palo, whose 2000 Acura Integra GSR became the first eight-second front-wheel-drive street car before the shop turned its attention to the Nissan GT-R. T1 went on to become the first to exceed 230 mph in the half mile in a GT-R and the first to make 2,400 whp from the VR38DETT, and it now develops engines, drivetrain parts and complete builds for the R35 GT-R, Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
